Meet Bruce!

Say hello to the newest member of our house, Bruce Bean (Bean for Beantown) ! He is a black and white, with a teeny tiny bit of brindle, Boston Terrier puppy born on May 23rd. Bruce weighs a little over 6lbs right now but is growing quickly.

Since bringing Bruce home late last Friday night, we have spent our time playing, napping, and trying to potty & crate train. I don't think I could love him any more than I do! He is so happy and adorable and learning really fast. He loves riding in the car, meeting the neighbors, and trying to eat my kale plants. He currently hates/does not understand the concept of a leash, so a harness has been my best friend when taking him out.

Boston Terriers are intelligent, happy-go-lucky, and playful. They were also the first dog breed developed in the United States, earning them the nickname "The American Gentleman," also due to their black and white tuxedo like coat. They are also the official state dog of Massachusetts.
