- RETURNS -

We accept returns on all artwork (excluding shipping costs) if you contact us within 7 days of receipt. Items that are damaged in the mailing process can also be returned for a full refund within 7 days of receipt. Please send a photo of the damaged artwork along with your refund request to hello@madebyalyx.com

- SHIPPING -

All artwork 8x10” and smaller will be shipped domestically and internationally via USPS First Class Mail with tracking and insurance. International Shipping is subject to change according to your location. Artwork larger than 8x10” will be mailed via shipping tube. Domestic orders should arrive within 4-7 business days of shipment and International orders within 2-3 weeks.
